RPGaDay 2023, Day 19
This one's going to be a short post.
I’ll be creating a blog post for one week from today, to go out on the last Saturday in August. The BRP Central blog had been running on a weekly basis till my birthday - but then I announced I would only be posting one new article to my blog each month, on the last Saturday of the month.
I’ve decided to post short reviews of a bunch of published Mythras adventures.
It’s a short list.
Mythras has not published a load of adventures - not compared to a certain old school roleplaying game launched fifty years ago this year (2023).
But here’s the thing. None of them are going to be my favourites. As a matter of fact, I can’t remember liking a single published adventure.
There’s your answer for tonight’s question. My favourite published adventure is zero.
I could explain why, but then I would bore myself from the explaining. Let’s just say that they are a straitjacket. The real action is in the core rulebook and, if there’s a supplement on story and campaign design for your game, that’s where the action will be for the Guide / Storyteller / Referee.
