What makes a leap year day special?
Today’s the leap year day for 2024. You won’t get another till 2028.
This is a short note to point out something which may not have occurred to you, nor to anybody else you have ever known.
The month of February in any leap year is special, not only because it has 29 days whereas regular months of February only has 28.
A February which falls in a leap year is the only month, in any calendar, where the first day of the month and the last day of the month fall on the same day of the week.
