Five Breath Induction
That's as much time as it takes to drop you into trance
You might wonder, sometimes, how long it takes to put somebody in a trance.
Five breaths.
That’s all. That’s all I need to trance you; to get you to go into hypnosis.
Five breaths.
Try it. Take a deep breath in, let it out. Let yourself feel your body already relaxing.
Now take in a second deep breath. Hold for two seconds. Let it go and let your body relax even further.
A third deep breath, and your body can be almost completely relaxed, if you let it, because there’s a profound peace which comes with being so fully relaxed even if you want to stay fully conscious, which is going in the wrong direction.
Because as you take that fourth long, deep breath, hold it for four seconds, and breathe out fully, a process which should take six to eight seconds and you should still feel clear headed at the end, you’ll be so relaxed.
Relaxed enough, in fact, that now you’re ready to take this final big breath, and once you let it out and close your eyes, nothing will stop you finally dropping fully into trance after all, and once you do drop your unconscious mind can <a mailto:atgreene@hotmail.com&subject=Five Breaths><b>click here and say hello.</b></a>
