End Of Week Thoughts
It's Been A Long Week
I’d hoped to have a book, Yr Odliadur Newydd, in my hands by today. In fact, I’d been hoping to have it in my hands by last Friday, but there was no sign of it whatsoever.
I had to check with the publisher, and they confirmed they’d sent a copy to me. I just never saw it. They’ll be sending a new one next week. I’m hoping this will be better received, and the Post Office will be more diligent next week and not just drop the damn thing off with the next door neighbours.
Some items I bought from Ebay, likewise, haven’t been sent yet, even though I bought them Tuesday. Other items I bought from them have been delivered with despatch, and I am happy with those.
The news has been depressing. But there’s a reason for that. The media want you scared and stupid and angry, so you’ll keep watching them.
So today is Pi Day, celebrating 3/14, and we also had a beautiful lunar eclipse last night.
Next week, I’ll be doing something other than what I’m doing currently. Not sure what, but that’s what makes life an adventure.
