Day 29 - Awesome App

I am sorry, but I can’t even think of anything.

Physical gadgets are bad enough - the only gadget worth getting for any game is a journal, some colourful pens and markers, marker tape like washi tape, maybe watercolour pencils, and Elmer’s Glue (or staples or paper clips).

But apps depend on batteries, and batteries always run out of juice on you just exactly when you need them.

You know what could come in handy? Writing down an OTP pad of pre-rolled random numbers, all the relevant types you’re going to use in the game. Roll dice. Write down the numbers. Then use each number once in any given game. It isn’t like espionage. You don’t have to worry about The Enemy taking your book of pre-rolled numbers from you.
