Day 16 - Quick To Learn

This one’s going to be quick and easy. There are so many roleplaying games out there, but the ones I really enjoy the most are the ones brought out by Lightspress Media.

Berin Kinsman’s games are designed for you to get into really quickly. The rules are easily explained; his ethos is right there at the front of every supplement; you don’t need much to play his games - apart from pen, paper, possibly some sort of indexable journal, a deck of ordinary playing cards will do - and once the mechanic is explained, you can either play solo or play in a troupe with a GM.

Once you have a core rulebook, or a standalone sourcebook, that is all you need.

Berin’s stuff is intended to help you, the player, roleplay their way through an adventure quickly and without fuss, showing you the ropes and then stepping aside to let you immerse your mind in the game.
