Erotica - Creating The Right Atmosphere
Is it okay if it's set in the modern day?
I set myself a challenge last year (2024) - I would write a novel which was some flavour of erotica.
This year, I have had, not one, but two novels on the boil. A fantasy set in a world of magic, and a more modern story in a world of swiping right and meet cutes.
The one thing I have not been able to do is set my schedules to accommodate these stories, alongside my blog posts, my Daily Klingon blog, my weekly Den & Lauren erotica fiction blog, and my Maven, Mesmero, Wayward, and Spiral stories.
However, my scheduled hiatus from writing Den & Lauren began Sunday night just gone, and that will free up a lot of time to get on with writing about Seryen, Coris, and The Skyclad Saints of Torcian - or maybe Terry Jacobs, her loves and escapades as she finds herself falling into the gravity well of sexual attraction surrounding The Live One in Castoffs.
Here goes nothing.
